I am a mom and a self-taught triathlete. I had no background in any of the 3 sports prior to entering my first race 10 years ago; I now compete at the national and world level. I was an elite gymnast in high school and rode bulls in college. I have an animal/equine science degree from CSU and my husband and I raise yaks on our farm in Berthoud. I have been working as a litigation paralegal for 12 years and am lucky enough to be able to work from home and care for our 6-year old daughter.
