Bio For Karen Kantor

Runner's photo.

Self-coached ultra and road race specialist. Coach for over 200
athletes nationwide to include Colorado Track and Cross Country High
School teams, celebrities, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Half
Marathoners, Denver Rescue Mission Marathon Training Team members and
consultant for the Navy Marathon Team. Previous elite competitor in
late 80’s/early 90’s. Suffered 2 physical traumas due to accidents
that ended career. Empty Nested in 2011 and began training and racing
once more, placing 11th at USATF Cross Country Nationals (Masters),
winning several ultras and taking the Master’s win at Illinois
Marathon.
